We have the best in the country. We won the 2008 Best of Philly Award for SAT Preparation from Philadelphia Magazine. We first won this when they opened the category in 1985, and we've held it ever since. Our average for 2,711 Philadelphia-area students last year was +241.1 points of increase (increases in the three subsections added together; measured from most recently taken real test in test center before we met a student to first real test center results after completion of a course). Separately we guarantee +200 points of increase for our 12-hour one-on-one course.
Strictly one-on-one; make appointments one-at-a-time as you go. All offices are open 365days/year, 9am to 9pm. Students can change/cancel appointments without charge with 24 hours advance notice. All offices are clean, modern, with well-lit, safe, off-street parking.
All materials taught and assigned for homework have actually been given in real test centers. No simulated materials from the bookstore.
Feel free to change instructors with a telephone call. We offer different instructors with different strategies for different students. Our average instructor has been teaching for us more than 8 years. Specific credentials are available upon request.
We teach our students strictly one-on-one so that we can focus just where a student needs to focus, and stay on a topic until a student has mastered it. We have specific instructors who work with extended-time and special-needs students. These instructors are also reading specialists. We also have instructors who work only with ivy-league bound students. We have several students each year who attain perfect scores of 2400.
We are an INVESTMENT not only in a student's future college admission, but also in financial aid, almost all of which is based on or indexed to SAT scores. Any tuition paid to us should be returned in spades within several years.
